The Haagah AI agent operates through WhatsApp's infrastructure, not through browser sessions. End customers interacting via WhatsApp are not subject to any web cookie tracking. Cookies in this Policy relate solely to the web dashboard used by registered business owners.

We integrate with a small number of essential providers who may set cookies:
If you log in using an external OAuth provider, that provider sets its own authentication cookies governed by their privacy policy. We receive only your email address and identity verification status.
Our hosting and content delivery infrastructure may set technical cookies for load balancing and performance. These providers receive only technical request metadata and have no access to your business data.
Our payment provider may set cookies if you interact with their interface directly. End customer payments are processed via payment links sent through WhatsApp — customers do not visit a Haagah web page during checkout, so no cookies are set on their devices.
Our error monitoring service may set cookies to correlate errors with browser sessions. Personal information is removed from all error data before submission.
All third-party providers are contractually bound to use cookies and data only for the services they provide to us, to implement appropriate security, to comply with applicable data protection law, and not to use data for their own commercial purposes.
